MACHINING OF CASTINGS

Being very involved with the Aerospace Market Sector, machining of castings make up a large number of our product mix.  With our strong engineering expertise, we design and manufacture very critical fixtures to assure no movement while holding very tight tolerances. For our customers, we manage any outside process needed to meet the specifications as well as inserting and machining any bushings for a full turnkey product.

MACHINING OF FORGINGS

Our top notch equipment and highest level expertise ensures confidence in our customers when they supply material. On a daily basis we machine customer supplied material such as Titanium, Rene, Inconel and various grades of steel. These forgings can be as large as 46" in diameter and weigh up to 1 ton. Our customers hold a trusted reputation globally. When handling their material, there is no exception for less than 100% Quality. 

MACHINING OF BARSTOCK

DFARS is implemented into our daily SOP of purchasing raw materials. We purchase barstock internally as well as machine customer supplied material. We work with barstock as small as 1" diameter and we work with all materials from various Steel grades to Aluminum to Titanium.

FINISH ASSEMBLY

As an added value service, we offer finish assembly to our customers. We currently do mainly table top assembly but are willing to offer larger assembly lines to satisfy your request. Finish assembly at B & B can consist of inserting a "heli-coil," installing busings, or even completing kitted assmblies with hundreds of items. We also assemble complex military parts with hundreds of "heli-coils." We are very flexible in our assembly department and take pride in offering our customers one stop shopping.
